The Duke of Edinburgh is excited to welcome our new kitchen residents, Bando Belly, who’ve been cooking some of South London’s best Soul Food since 2021!
Finding their beginnings in January 2021, Bando opened as a street food restaurant looking to create a culinary experience for the local community to connect over food, drink, music & nightlife using high-end flavours and techniques reminiscent of white tablecloth restaurants with vibes that stray far far away from the stuffiness of fine dining.
Monday – Sunday you can find Bando here cooking up their signature Burgers, (why not try their Tater Tots on the side, you won’t regret it!), Fried Oreos for dessert and much more.
On Saturday mornings from August 24th, gather the gang and come through for our Bottomless Brunch. Click through for More Details!
The Sunday Roast, the perfect antidote to the Sunday scaries, the cure for that combination of ailments (also known as a hangover) built up after Friday and Saturday night, a great way to re-carb and re-fuel after your Sunday long run. Bando have come through with a roast to remember with FIVE different meat options from a baby chicken stuffed with mac and cheese, to pork belly, piled high with veggies, plantain, carrots and stuffing. For the veggies? The XL Mac and Cheese is definitely extra large and comes in vegan, if that’s your thing.
If you’re coming in with a group and you’re up for sharing, Bando have their signature MAMMOTH roast with all the meats and all the trimmings – this beauty serves five hungry mouths.
Don’t take our word for it though, check out the menu and book yourself in for a roast you’ll be dreaming about until next weekend…
